With the increased demand in the IVF/ICSI market, a high-precision compact micromanipulation system was developed.
The ON4 micromanipulation system is designed to translate micromovements of the researcher’s hands directly under the microscope lens into a microformat.
The system allows for delicate manipulation of cells under the control of a microscope, including IVF (in vitro fertilization) and ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection into an egg) procedures, as well as electrophysiological and biotechnological studies.
Improved performance of the micromanipulator
- allows you to speed up the time of the operation with a 2-fold increase in the movement speed of the Z-axis;
- makes it possible to achieve a more stable result with easier rotary movement of the control handle;
- improved stability of the control handle during the operational period;
- easier checking of the angle of inclination on the indicator is achieved with the help of a new universal connection;
- a solution was found to avoid the instability of the universal joint during angle adjustment.
Flexible and easy process of adjusting the angle of the pipette
- the angle of holding the pipette can be selected based on 3 positions (range 15o – 40o), by using a specially designed adapter;
- ease of directing the tip of the pipette to the optical axis.
Reducing the risk of a malfunction during operation
- thanks to the presence of the emergency position adjustment mechanism in the electric drive, the work process can be continued by manually adjusting the position of the pipette even in the event of a malfunction or in the event of jamming of the electric drive block;
- the possibility of avoiding the risk of malfunction and disruption of the system due to the use of pneumatic microinjectors.
