TISSUE-TEK VIP® 6AI
Vacuum Infiltration Processor Tissue-Tek VIP® 6AI – automatic apparatus for histological processing of tissue samples. Supports partial loading, allowing the use of fewer reagents.

Two built-in additional tanks for alcohol and xylene with a volume of 10.8 liters allow you to automatically, without operator intervention, replenish reagent tanks during wiring.

A convenient reagent replacement procedure avoids contact with harmful fumes during reagent transfusion. The device is equipped with a delayed start function. Tissue-Tek VIP® 6AI performs automatic control and topping up of reagents to the required filling level of the working chamber and working containers to prevent samples from drying out.

When processing, the Tissue-Tek Xpress X120 processor uses an innovative technology for processing histological material with microwaves, reagents that do not violate the molecular structure of the tissue, and traditional methods of vacuum infiltration. The time of histological processing is only 67 minutes.

Posting of all types of fabric is made according to one program. Capacity up to 120 blocks per hour, loading up to 40 cassettes every 15 minutes. Ready-to-use reagents are used, which are easily replaced when the resource is depleted. Fabric processing are produced without the use of formalin and xylene.

The Tissue-Tek AutoTEC® a120
AUTOMATIC HISTOLOGICAL EMBEDDING APPARATUS
The Tissue-Tek AutoTEC® a120 automatic histological embedding apparatus in combination with Paraform® cassette systems, this is a unique solution that allows you to fully automate the process of embedding in paraffin and guarantee the safety of the material and the high quality of paraffin blocks.

Scanning the cassette allows you to determine the type of Paraform® cassette for the correct dosage of paraffin. The built-in SMART AIR automatic blowing system allows you to remove residual paraffin and reagents after wiring. Embedding of cassettes with paraffin is carried out inside the device on casting forms specialized for all types of Paraform® cassettes.

Apparatus advantages:

Microtomy

The Tissue-Tek AutoSection® has a 480 x 270 pixel color LCD display with a touch screen for programming. The user interface contains the elements necessary for programming and controlling the device; wireless control mode – Bluetooth 2.4 GHz short band for user to work at a distance from the apparatus, which enhances the workflow.

Tissue-Tek® Cryo3® Flex Cryostat
Tissue-Tek® Cryo3® Flex Cryostat is intended for the preparation of frozen tissue sections without pre-fixation in the framework of urgent pathoanatomical studies.

To maintain and control a stable temperature, the chamber is equipped with a transparent cover, thus the chamber is separated from the external environment. The system of illumination and heating of the lid allows you to control the cutting process without the need to disturb the conditions in the cells. Operating parameters of the cryostat are adjusted via external touch panels. For convenience, the panels are located on the front of the apparatus, and each is responsible for a separate set of parameters.

This apparatus is also available in versions Tissue-Tek Cryo3 Flex D – with disinfection function and version Tissue-Tek Cryo3 Flex DM – which, in addition to disinfection, has the function of motorization of the microtomy process.

Intuitive software interface and simple reagent tray change mechanism make configuration changes quick and easy.
